Both silverside and corn brisket are mouthwatering when cooked in a slow boil. Pop your vegetables in
the water and then serve with homemade white sauce. Allow sufficient time to cook the meat slowly to
keep it nice and tender. Our corned meats are traditionally brined in a pineapple and dark brown sugar
brine that stems from the good old, corned silverside of yesteryear.
